This is a beautiful art poster from the 'Galerie Pierre Hautot' gallery showing a frame with painted picture in front of flowers.
René Carcan (25 May 1925 - 1993) was a prominent Belgian engraver and sculptor, who studied under Léon Devos, Jacques Maes and Johnny Friedlaender. His works have been showcased at numerous international exhibitions including Galerie La Proue, and are closely associated with the work of Graciela Rodo Boulanger, who was also in the Friedlaender school.
The poster is in used condition with multiple small holes and few knitters along the borders. It has a dog ear at bottom right corner and a tear (2.3cm) at left edge
The poster is unframed and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube. The price includes registered/tracked and fully insured shipping with national post.
