This is a beautiful art exhibition poster showing a landscape with a city at horizon. It is from the 'galerie d'art de la place beauvau' gallery.
Claude Hémeret is a French painter born in Nice in 1929.
Having spent his childhood in the south of France, Claude Hemeret draws his inspiration from the warm lights and typical smells of the south. His paintings convey the special atmosphere of lavender, cypress trees and the warmth of the sun.
The poster is in used condition. It has a tear (3cm) at the top border, stains, pinholes, folds at the corners and shows general signs of handling (knitters, small tears) along the borders.
The poster is unframed and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube. The price includes registered/tracked and fully insured shipping with national post.
